My name is James Muhammad with One West Realty and I have been in the real estate industry going on 15 years, now. I have experienced the success and failure of real estate market. As a result, I have become more passionate about my clients and the services I provide them. I choose not just to be ‘in real estate’, I exhibit the type of service that makes it apparent that I care about the house that my client purchases or sells —all of the time, working to give them the best of both.

I am highly self-motivated and goal oriented, with knowledge of communities in San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Riverside, and Orange Counties. Along with past and current market conditions I have demonstrated a track record of sales success, unmatched communication, and negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal and listening skills with uncommon ability to network effectively.

Families have become my first priority and concern. I am very active in the community and have two wonderful children, ages 27 and 20. I also coach my 9-year-old nephew basketball team along with a community outreach program. I have and continue to serve my community, and I look forward to doing the same for you and your family… now and years to come.
